i dun understand..

Hmmm..
ni laa penat nye bile da masuk ke dunia sales...nak melayan kerenah customer yang ntah ape2...
sometimes, x faham what they think with "free item"....
they don't need to pay anything but keep demand on that....


MACAM NI KISAH NYE..
hari ni, one of customer complaint that device that he got is different with what had been promised...
tapi ini bukan disengajakan..bile stock da abis, terpaksa laa replace dengan yang lain..n customer bukan seorang dua sampai nak kena ikut apa yang diorg nak......

yang masalah nye, si customer ni complaint plak x mau model device yang dia dapat..nak jugak yg mcm dijanjikan....addddoiiiiiiii!!!!!
kalau nak taw ape yang di compare kan tu x de laaa jauh beza sgt....

this is what I'm talking about...

seeee....banyak sangat ke perbezaan dua phone ni????
dah laa bagi free..nak demand lebih2 plak...uiikkkk...nak main saman2 plak..tolong laa!!!!

customer memang mcm 2.
kadang-kadang bila kita dah bagi tau dengan dia sesuatu perkara yang tak ada dia faham.
lepas beberapa minit dia tanya balik kat kita macam kita tak pernah bagi tau kat dia sebelumnya.

tapi apa-apa pun welcome to sales world.
